It was a homecoming of sorts for talented country singer Danielle Bradbery, who returned to NBC’s “The Voice” on Dec. 5 as part of the Top 10 results show. Midway through the program, she turned out a stunning rendition of her newest single, “Worth It,” from her just-released second studio album, “I Don’t Believe We’ve Met.”
The 21-year-old singing sensation, who won “The Voice” back in June 2013, started off her performance by sitting down on the edge of a platform. She stunned in a fashionable white dress that was paired with shiny high heels, and flaunted a giant, flashy cocktail ring on her right hand, which was holding up a bejeweled microphone.

After the first verse, Danielle stood up and worked her way to center stage, where she put her microphone on its stand. She then belted out the rest of the empowering ballad that touts having the guts to walk away from someone you love.
“Cause I’m worth it / You’re crazy baby if you think that I don’t know it / I ain’t afraid to walk away if you can’t see it, believe it / And give me the love I’m deserving,” she sang, as the panel of coaches looked on proudly.
Danielle’s performance on the reality competition show made for an interesting moment because it showcased just how much she has truly grown as an artist since her crowning moment on season four.
Fans may recall that she quickly landed a record deal with Big Machine Label Group, and released her eponymous debut album shortly after her triumphant win at age 16. She also notched a Top 20 hit with her debut single, “The Heart of Dixie.” Despite all of the early success, it took the young singer a long time to find her true identity in the music world.
Her current album, “I Don’t Believe We’ve Met,” has re-introduced her as an artist. Not only does its title allude to the fact that she’s not the same shy gal who once belonged to Blake Shelton’s team on the show, but she also co-penned seven out of 10 songs on the record, including “Worth It.”
Now that’s some real inspiration for the show’s remaining top contenders this season, who still have a fighting chance to win over America’s hearts.
Speaking of the Top 10 contestants, their evening consisted of waiting on results to find out whether or not they made the cut into the Top 8. Unfortunately, Team Miley’s country standout Ashland Craft and Team Jennifer’s Shi’ Ann Jones and Davon Fleming found themselves in the bottom three. Davon ended up earning the most “Instant Save” votes with his rendition of Aretha Franklin’s “Ain’t No Way.” He will now compete in the semifinals. “The Voice” airs Monday and Tuesday nights on NBC.
