The one and only “Scumdogs of the Universe” GWAR, have truly outdone themselves this time. Their 25th anniversary album “Lust in Space” debuted at number 96 on the Billboard Top 200 chart making it the band’s highest chart position in their storied career. Lead singer and current Fox News Red Eye Intergalactic correspondent Oderus Urungus had the following to say about GWAR’srecord setting chart debut, “We are appalled, shocked, outraged, and completely ecstatic over GWAR’s latest master-work, “LUST IN SPACE” debuting at # 96 in the Billboard Charts…in keeping with my finally confirmed uber-rock star status, I have already vomited on Lindsay Lohan’s puss, visited the the Obama girls, and sodomized Carrot-Top. And there was much rejoicing.” Still sporting nachos in his beard, Oderus continued to rant “But 96? That’s just not going to do it…GWAR and Metal Blade Records plan to keep on with this relentless assault until we go all the way to # 95!”
