Burbank, CA – After winding up their sexy “Revenge Is Sweeter” summer headlining tour, super-hot Aussie rock band The Veronicas are going back on the road this fall to support Kelly Clarkson on her “All I Ever Wanted” tour, along with a string of headlining dates.

The high-energy trek, which kicks off in Portland, ME, on October 4th, includes a stop in New York City on October 6th at Hammerstein Ballroom before finishing up in Pensacola, FL on December 11th. The band, fronted by 24-year-old twins Lisa and Jessica Origliasso, have been touring across the U.S. all summer performing in support of their current Sire Records album Hook Me Up.

Released by Sire Records in August 2008, Hook Me Up has spawned the hit single “Untouched,” which has gone platinum after selling 1.5 million downloads. It remained lodged in Billboard’s Top 10 Heatseekers chart for more than three months and reached No. 1 multiple times. The follow-up single, “Take Me On The Floor,” has gained national airplay on Sirius/XM’s hot Top 40 channels 20 on 20 and Hits 1. Soon to be released is a special version of “Take Me On The Floor” featuring Pitbull, who is known for his current hits “I Know You Want Me” and “Hotel Room Service.”

The Veronicas recently performed their new single “Take Me On The Floor” on the CBS’s So You Think You Can Dance in July. The band also performed on 90210’s prom episode in May on the CW, as well as at the Miss USA 2009 pageant, which aired live in April on NBC.
